About IAS
Established in 1962, one of the Institute’s foundational objectives was to provide storage for traditional and modern cultural artefacts through libraries, museum, manuscript centre and audiovisual archive.
The Archive of Sound and Vision is one of these repositories, containing more than two thousand units of sound and film records. These items represent some of the productions of the Institute and those deposited by collectors and researchers affiliated to her.
